Corrected October 1, 2026: transactional email is delivered by Lovable Labs Incorporated through Mailgun Technologies, Inc. Resend, Inc. was listed in error and never received any data.
REVMARQ will give the Dealership's administrators at least fifteen (15) days' email notice before adding a sub-processor that will process Dealer Data; if the Dealership reasonably objects on data-protection grounds and the parties cannot resolve it, the Dealership may terminate the affected plan and receive a pro-rated refund of prepaid fees for the unused period as its sole remedy. REVMARQ remains responsible for its sub-processors' performance.
