REVMARQ will give the Dealership's administrators at least fifteen (15) days' email notice before adding a sub-processor that will process Dealer Data; if the Dealership reasonably objects on data-protection grounds and the parties cannot resolve it, the Dealership may terminate the affected plan and receive a pro-rated refund of prepaid fees for the unused period as its sole remedy. REVMARQ remains responsible for its sub-processors' performance.
