• Account information: name, work email, dealership name, role.
• Operational data your dealership uploads (vehicles, rule books, lender configurations).
• Usage and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use the information to provide the service, improve product reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data.

Data residency & security

Production data is stored in encrypted databases with strict access controls. REVMARQ staff access to dealership data is limited and audited.

Your rights

Dealership administrators can export or delete dealership data at any time. Contact privacy@revmarqtools.com for any data request.
